Section of East Liberty Street to close for paving
Final step in emergency sewer repair project
LOUISVILLE, KY – East Liberty Street will be closed to through traffic between Chestnut and Clay streets Monday, August 28 through Thursday, August 31 to make way for paving. Detour signs will be in place. The paving is the final step in an emergency sewer repair project that began in February this year following deterioration of a large sewer line that was built in 1872.
