Pale Purple Coneflower

An adaptable plant that is tolerant of drought, heat, humidity and poor soils. Prefers full sun. Divide clumps when they become overcrowded (about every 4 years). Plants usually rebloom without deadheading, however prompt removal of spent flowers improves general appearance. Cut back last year's growth in the early spring to allow birds to feed on the seed head throughout the winter months. Attracts bees butterflies and birds.
