Anthony Sickles, President of ClasSickle, Inc. has been a certified minority-owned business with MSD since 1993. With a staff of 20 employees, ClasSickle provides land surveying as well as engineering landscape and architectural services. Formerly an MSD employee, Sickles used his experience and resources to mentor other potential minorities in the engineering field and created a structure for ClasSickle to be a catalyst for other minority-owned survey firms to get started in the business.
ClasSickle takes pride in bringing work to Kentucky that contributes to the local economic viability. In addition to providing services to MSD, ClasSickle customers include the Kentucky Department of Transportation, Corp. of Engineers, Metro Government and Department of Labor. On a broader scale, ClasSickle provides services within the southeast region of the United States.
Sickles credits Supplier Diversity for providing support from networking opportunities with prime contractors to providing key, knowledgeable people that helped enhance and add to the success of ClasSickle.
