If you used the retired audio teller 24 system, your pin number will remain the same. If you are a new user, or cannot remember your old pin number, call the credit union office and we will set you up with a new pin number.
Teller 24 will provide you with 24/7 real-time access to your account information, including balances and transaction history on all of your accounts with the msd federal credit union. Teller 24 will also allow you to perform select financial transactions to keep pace with your finances.
