The Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District’s Floodplain Board will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, April 27, 2026 beginning at 10 a.m. in the Boardroom of the MSD Office Building located at 1600 W. Hill Street, Louisville, Kentucky, for approval of the minutes for the February 23, 2026 and March 23, 2026 Floodplain Board meetings and to conduct a hearing on the following matters:
• 25-V-0003: Variance application of Mastoras Ventures, LLC re: 5700 Captains Quarters Road, Prospect, Kentucky
• 26-V-0001: Variance application of Waterfront Development Corporation re: 1250 River Road, Louisville, Kentucky.
