We use return email addresses to answer the e-mail we receive and to communicate to you concerning MSD work or items of interest as indicated when your provided your personal/company information. Since MSD is a public agency, we are subject to Kentucky's Open Records Laws (KRS 61.870 - 61.884), and thus we must release the information we collect with others as may be appropriate to meet our requirements under the Open Records Laws.
MSD makes available lists of those individuals who have accessed MSD Bids, RFPs and RFQs that require users to login.
We will not sell or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
