The Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District’s Floodplain Board will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, February 23, 2026, beginning at 10:30 a.m. in the Reba Doutrick Board Room, MSD Main Office Building, 700 W. Liberty Street, Louisville, Kentucky, to discuss and conduct a hearing on the Floodplain Variance Application of Mastoras Ventures, LLC relating to property owned by Habich Ventures, LTD Partnership, located at 5700 Captains Quarters Road, Prospect, Kentucky.
