Disparity Study
Louisville MSD commissioned Mason Tillman Associates to conduct a disparity study that would encompass the availability of businesses ready, willing, and able to do business with MSD, as well as, an analysis of MSD’s procurement practices and date.
The purpose of the study was to determine whether business enterprises owned by minorities and women were underutilized in the award of MSD prime contracts and subcontracts at a statistically significant level during the July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2015 study period.
